ShahafujAlamApu is an enrolled Advocate/Lawyer in Bangladesh Bar Council and

he is a practising advocate at the Court of Bangladesh, who has years of experience

in Banking and Finance, Legal Consultancy, Corporate and Commercial Litigation,

Documentation and advice. He is the Head of Chamber of SA LEGAL COUNSEL. He

obtained his LLB (Hones) and LLM Degrees from Dhaka, Bangladesh. Thereafter, he

has been privileged to pursue PhD in International Commercial Arbitration in University

of International Business and Economics, Beijing, International Law School with

honorary scholarship as provided by the Chinese Government Scholarship, 2015

(MOFCOM). During his practising year, he has been opportunities to work with several

veteran Senior Advocate and Barrister.

 

Mr. Mahfuz (Senior Associate)

LL.B. (Hons), LL.M.

Mr. Mahfuz completed LL.B. (Hon’s) and LL.M. from Dhaka International University.He worked in Hasan & Associates in documentation unit before joining Capital Law Chamber. Mr. Mahfuz is an expert in drafting security documentation for banking and other financial institution. He has also firm commands in company and tax matters and maintains all the correspondence with RJSC in connection to the needs of corporate

clients.

 

BARRISTER MOSABBIR HOSSAIN (Senior Associate)

LL.B. (Hons), LL.M. (Staffordshire University, UK) Diploma in Law (UK) Barrister-

at-Law(Lincoln’s Inn, UK.)

Mr. Mosabbir dealing with the documentation, drafting opinions, agreements, Writ Petition, deeds and litigation etc. mostly related to company, banking, criminal and general corporate and regulatory matters. Previously, he obtained his first LL.B. (Hons.), Graduate Diploma in Law from Northumbria University, UK, respectively. He completed his LL.M. in Intl. Commercial Law from Staffordshire University, UK. Thereafter, he completed his PGDL i.e. Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) from the University of Northumbria, UK. Mr. Mosabbir is a member of the Hon’ble Society

of Lincoln’s Inn, UK.
