Mr. Imrul Kayes (ITP), holds  M.B.A. and B.B.A. degrees from the National University. He is currently serving as a Senior Consultant (Accounts & Tax) in our chamber, where he carries significant responsibilities. He possesses in-depth knowledge of the Income Tax Ordinance 1984, the Income Tax Act 2023, the Companies Act 1994, and core accounting principles. He is highly proficient in company audits, income tax matters, and individual income tax issues. With over 11 years of extensive practical experience in Tax, VAT, and Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC) matters, he has also developed sound expertise in areas related to CCI&E, BIDA, Bangladesh Trade Mark Registry, BSTI, and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). His strong academic background combined with his hands-on experience makes him a valuable asset to our chamber and to the clients he serves.
